The Institute for Computational and Data Sciences Client Support Center provides prompt, expert assistance for researchers using the Roar and Roar Collab supercomputing resources. The Client Support Center also provides timely system alerts about maintenance and other events that impact the system. Please note that Client Support staffing may be limited during Penn State holidays.
NOTE: Please note that the ICDS Client Support Helpdesk will be closed beginning Friday, December 20 at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Monday, January 6.
ICDS engineers will continue to monitor systems during this time for critical performance issues, but helpdesk tickets will not be addressed until after the winter break.
