ICDS is pleased to announce a new project in support of interdisciplinary collaborations between Rising Researchers and faculty researchers. The Rising Researchers program is organized into two stages:

• Stage 1: Call for Proposals. Established Penn State Faculty propose research projects that align with ICDS goals and include opportunities for collaboration. [Deadline already passed]
• Stage 2: Apply to Collaborate. Grad students, postdocs, and research faculty apply to participate as Rising Researchers on the projects submitted in Stage 1. [Deadline March 4th, 2026]

Grad students, postdocs, and research faculty are invited to apply to participate as Rising Researchers and gain invaluable experience with seasoned researchers.
Over 100 projects to choose from spanning AI, Quantum, Computer Science, Data Science, and Digital Twins.
